Defrost timer - 120v 60hz (sub 68233-2)

This defrost timer will cycle for twenty-one minutes after every ten hours of run time. The defrost timer acts like a clock. It continually advances and alternates between activating the cooling cycle and the defrost heater.

Door shelf trim retainer

This door shelf trim retainer is just over one inch long. It is all white in color and it is made entirely of plastic.

Cycling thermostat (thermostat)

The ice maker thermostat, also known as bi-metal device, regulates and controls the activation of the icemaker ejection cycle. The thermostat lets the ice maker know when it is cold enough to produce ice. If your ice maker is not making ice or not dispensing ice, you may need to replace the thermostat. This is a genuine OEM part and comes with two retaining clips. Please remember to disconnect power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Rivet

This part is the replacement rivet for your refrigerator. It is made of black plastic and is a little less than an inch long and about ¼ inch wide. It is an authentic OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer, and it is sold individually.

Compression nut

This single 1/4-inch compression nut is used to connect the lines that supply water to the correct components, the water dispenser and the ice maker, with the plastic water line of the icemaker assembly. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Ice bin drive ring (sub 61003336)

This drive ring is three inches in diameter. It is all white in color and is made of plastic. This ring is used with a refrigeraor's icemaker assembly.

Double outlet water valve kit (sub 12001414)

This double outlet water valve has a treaded outlet connection, and comes with all of the necessary screws, fittings, and brackets needed to make this valve compatible.

Single hex head screw (screw)

Sold individually. The size of this screw is 1/4" hex head and 10-12 x 1/2".

Cold control thermostat (sub 68601-6)

This cold control thermostat has a temperature range from 37 degrees Fahrenheit to 27 degrees Fahrenheit and a capillary length of 29 iches. This cold control thermostat cycles on and off regularly to keep your refrigerator cold.

Ice stripper (stripper, ice)

This part strips ice from the icemaker mold during the ejection cycle to prevent ice pieces from falling back into the mold. Once removed from the mold, the ice pieces are then deposited into the ice bucket ready to be dispensed. If your ice maker is not making any ice you may need to replace this part. The part is white in color and is approximately 9-inch long. The ice stripper is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Ice bucket auger drive motor kit (sub 61004865)

This motor kit comes with a thermally protected motor, a washer and a mounting bracket. The motor performs eighteen revolutions per minute, carries 115 volts, and drives the auger for the icemaker.

Temperature control knob (sub 69417-7)

Plastic tubing (sub 67579-25)

The water supply tubing is made of plastic and goes between the water inlet valve and the ice maker inlet tube. The tubing is 8 1/2 feet long and 1/4” in diameter. The water supply tubing transports water to the ice and water dispensers. If there is no water going to the ice maker, the refrigerator is leaking, or if the ice and water dispensers are not dispensing properly, you may need to replace the water supply tubing. This is an OEM part directly from the manufacturer. Please remember to shut off the water supply and to disconnect the power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.
